Eligible Integrity Metals Roofing Systems

Weathertight warranties are available on commercial, industrial and government installations for most of our standing seam profiles†. While projects of all sizes are eligible, pricing will reflect the minimum fee based on WTW type and term regardless of actual square footage.

†Project design, environmental conditions or building geometry may affect a panel’s eligibility for a WTW.

Installer Eligibility

Weathertight warranty eligibility is offered to installers who have demonstrated a high degree of quality workmanship and are committed to superior customer service. A sound financial background, including being in good financial standing with Integrity Metals, is also required. First time applicants should be able to provide references for successfully completed projects of similar size and scope to that which they are requesting a warranty. Inspections Designed for Long-Lasting Performance

Essential to a successful Weathertight Warranty Program is the inspection process.To ensure a well-built, leak-free roof, each inspection is designed to certify that an installation is completed using the materials, quality workmanship and details specified for the project. This accountability is what provides specifiers and building owners the peace of mind that their roof was installed properly.

STEP 1
STEP 2
  • Carefully review WTW Application package for important information about requirements and eligibility for a WTW.
  • Complete and submit the WTW Quote Request included in your package with all required project specifications and drawings.
  • Allow up to 14 days for processing of your request.
STEP 3
  • Once approved, review the terms of your Confirmation of Quotation and related documents with important installation and inspection information.
  • To accept the terms of the WTW, sign and return the Confirmation of Quotation with payment of the required WTW deposit.
STEP 4
  • Wait to hear from a WTW Coordinator before starting construction to go over your project’s tentative construction and inspection schedules.
  • Schedule inspections in accordance with required project completion points.
  • Correct any deficiencies per Inspection Reports.
STEP 5
  • Certify that project is complete and all deficiencies corrected.
  • Ensure all WTW fees and material invoices are paid in full.
  • Sign and return WTW Agreement.
STEP 6
  • Once WTW Certificate and Preventative Maintenance Manual received, distribute to Building Owner.

†The Weathertight Warranty Program is available through our partnership with Metal Alliance Supply, LLC and Roofing Warranty, LLC. Issued through a joint responsibility agreement, the installer, together with the warranty provider Roofing Warranty, LLC, guarantees that a covered roof will remain leak-free for the duration of the warranty. During the first 24 months of the warranty period, the installer is solely responsible for covering any repairs resulting from a roof leak. All weathertight warranties are underwritten, issued and administered by Roofing Warranty, LLC and are issued solely to the original building owner purchasing products sold by Metal Alliance Supply, LLC and manufactured by Integrity Metals. Integrity Metals, LLC does not offer, sell, underwrite or participate in any weathertight warranties sold by Roofing Warranty, LLC.
